Firefox 3.6 Crashes 30% Less than 3.5 [Web Browsers]

Firefox 3.6 Crashes 30% Less than 3.5 [Web Browsers]: "

If you've noticed your Firefox installation seems a bit more stable since you upgraded to Firefox 3.6, you're not alone. According to statistics collected by Mozilla, Firefox 3.6 is 30 percent more stable than its predecessor, and Firefox crashes are down 40 percent across the board. Firefox-focused blog Mozilla Links reports that the, overall, crashes dropped 'from about 6.5 crashes for every 100 users, to around 2.5.' Even better: those numbers should drop even more significantly now once Firefox Lorentz's isolated plug-in architecture leaves beta and becomes the standard for the majority of Firefox users.
